Delivery Policy

COVID-19 delays update (23 March 2020):

Due to the Coronavirus lockdown, our shop is currently closed (both in person & online) until further notice. We cannot guarantee when we will be able to process orders.

Order Turnaround

All orders during the curling season (September to March) are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. If you are placing an order during the off-season (April to August), the shipping may be delayed depending on reduced staffing schedules.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
