Returns Policy

Have you bought something from our online shop that you would like to return ?

No problem at all. We offer hassle-free returns on all products.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are in saleable condition. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. In either event, simply return the item to the store along with your receipt.
  • Items cannot be exchanged. If you would like a different size, colour or style you must return the original item, and then re-order the product you require.
  • The consumer has a duty to take reasonable care of the goods delivered must return them with their original packaging and labelling and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Please make sure the parcel is well packaged, that you’ve clearly marked your name and address inside the parcel, and that you compensate/guarantee the parcel when you return it to us, as we are not responsible for missing/undelivered items.

Step 2 - Provide Your Details

To assist our team in processing your return, we’ll need the following information from you:

  • Name
  • Sales Order Number
  • Product Details

Step 3 - Send It Back

Once you have made us aware of your intention to return your order, please send the product back to us by Royal Mail or Courier. You may also return items in person to the shop.

Step 4 - Processing

Once we receive your returns, we will review the product(s) and update your account accordingly.

Step 5 - Confirmation

Once your return has been received and processed, we will email you to confirm we have done so.
