Curl Edinburgh is a 7-sheet curling facility in the heart of Scotland’s capital city. During the summers of 2018 & 2019 our facility underwent major renovations, creating one of the most modern curling rinks in the country. You can find us next door to Murrayfield Ice (skating) Rink, in the shadow of Murrayfield Stadium.
Curling is a social and inclusive sport, suitable for everyone aged 8 and over, so whether you’re looking for a fun new hobby, serious competition, or anything in between, we’re sure that you’ll find something suitable. As the only curling rink in Edinburgh and the Lothians we are home to more than 80 curling clubs, who play regular fixtures here throughout the season. Curl Edinburgh is a trading name of Murrayfield Curling Limited (MCL). MCL is one of two companies with a controlling stake in the facility. They own the land where the ice pad is built, employ ice/office staff, and are responsible for managing and selling the ice. Edinburgh Curling Club (ECC) is the other company, with a responsibility to promote the sport, operate the off-ice facilities, and manage memberships.
