Skip Barbara Watt Takes Henderson Bishop Playdowns

The Henderson Bishop playdowns were held from December 4 to 6 at Murrayfield Curling Rink.

The winners were Barbara Watt (Skip), Jean Hammond (Third), Shona Watt (Second) and Lindsey Wilson (Lead), and the runners up were Currie & Balerno 1, Susan Kesley (Skip), Fran Stretton (Third), Morna Aitken (Second) and Jenny Barr (Lead). The final score was 6 – 5.

It was a closely fought game with Barbara winning with her last stone. Both rinks will play in the finals at Stranraer on February 25-27, 2019.
