Upcoming Course: Coaching with Vision Impaired Curlers

The Royal Caledonian Curling Club is hosting a course designed to help coaches teach the sport of curling to vision impared individuals.

Saturday, October 21, 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The National Curling Academy, The Peak
Forthside Way, Stirling FK8 1QZ

You will learn from experienced coaches and specialist staff from the Forth Valley Sensory Centre.

The course includes guiding practice, information on issues facing people with vision impairments on the ice, as well as a simulation of different types of visual impairment using special glasses. Lunch will be provided.
