New Recipes & Restaurant Hours with Parsley and Thyme Catering
We are pleased to announce that the restaurant will be managed this season by Parsley and Thyme Catering. Parsley and Thyme is owned by Paul Thomson, who you may have seen helping out in the kitchen on occasion last year. His help last year gave him invaluable insight into the needs of our members and the ebb and flow of the curling schedule.
“I’ve worked in catering for around 20 years, starting off as a chef and then moving into hospitality event management,” shared Paul. “I currently own Parsley and Thyme Catering which operates out of the West End Hotel, serving food in their bistro and also offering outside catering to surrounding business. As well as catering for touring groups staying in the hotel, I also offer light lunches, evening meals and hot and cold buffets to hotel guests and local residents.”
There will be a variety of set menus available, including a lunch and dinner menu, with specials being served each night. If there is anything that you would like to see on the menu, please feel free to ask Paul and he will try to accommodate any requests.
Starting on September 19, the restaurant hours will be Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Members wishing to have dinner on Saturday or Sunday can make bookings in advance.
